After a decade in financial public relations managing international accounts in financial services, luxury goods, and defence, I spent 15 years as a Corporate Affairs Director on the Executive Committees of two global FTSE 100 companies—BAE Systems and Diageo.

This breadth of experience led to a career evolution in 2017, when I took on a supervisory board role for a Dutch-listed financial services company and became a Trustee for the UK's largest volunteering organisation, Royal Voluntary Service.

In 2022, I qualified as an executive coach with Meyler Campbell. More recently, I completed Oxford Saïd Business School's Artificial Intelligence Programme to better support clients navigating AI's impact on talent and leadership. My coaching practice brings together decades of operational leadership with understanding of emerging technology to unlock potential in others.
