After a decade in financial public relations managing international accounts in financial services, luxury goods, and defence, I spent 15 years as a Corporate Affairs Director on the Executive Committees of two global FTSE 100 companies—BAE Systems and Diageo.

This breadth of experience led to a career evolution in 2017, when I took on a supervisory board role for a Dutch-listed financial services company and became a Trustee for the UK's largest volunteering organisation, Royal Voluntary Service.

In 2022, I qualified as an executive coach with Meyler Campbell. My coaching practice brings together decades of operational leadership with the skills to unlock potential in others.
