EXECUTIVE COACHING
Great leadership doesn't happen in isolation. It requires space to reflect, challenge assumptions, and build the clarity needed to lead with confidence. I work one-to-one with senior executives to help them navigate complexity, accelerate their development, and make a lasting impact — on their organisations and on themselves.
My coaching is grounded in three decades of boardroom experience. Having sat on executive committees at BAE Systems and Diageo, chaired remuneration and people committees, and led global teams of over 250 people, I understand the pressures senior leaders face — because I have lived them. I qualified as an executive coach in 2022 through Meyler Campbell's Mastered programme, widely regarded as the gold standard for business coach training in the UK, accredited by the Association for Coaching and awarded the European Quality Award by the EMCC. Current and recent clients include C-Suite executives at 3i, GXO Logistics, News UK and Edelman.
I work with senior leaders navigating defining moments — stepping into larger roles, leading through transformation, managing complex stakeholder relationships, or designing the next chapter of their career. Sessions are confidential, challenging, and action-oriented, typically running over six to twelve meetings. I work face-to-face in London and Surrey, and by video call for clients elsewhere.
More recently, I completed Oxford Saïd Business School's Artificial Intelligence Programme to deepen my understanding of how AI is reshaping organisations, talent, and the skills leaders need to thrive. This means I can support clients not only with the leadership challenges of today, but with the strategic and people questions that AI is beginning to raise across every sector.
