Supervisory Board Member & Chair of RemCo
Joined shortly after Intertrust listed on Dutch Stock Exchange with Blackstone as largest investor. Led Board through successful exit of Blackstone's stake and acquisition by CSC Global ($2bn). Oversaw growth from 2,400 to 8,000 employees across 140 jurisdictions.
